Hi hi...
Am doing ok. Just can't strictly follow the diet as I got many raya open
house invitations to attend within this week but I still manage to control my
eating. As at today I lose 2kg. Quite impressive result for me for 1wk period.
What makes me more happy... I think I lose more in inches compare to kg coz I
can wear M size shirt already...he he he
So another 8kg to go... Chaiyok! Chaiyok!
